Shipping is worldwide, usually delivery time to the U.S., Canada, United Kingdom - 14 working days, Australia and Japan 14-25 working days, to the European Union countries 12 days, to other countries 12-30 days. Customer is responsible for all customs fees/VAT Returns and exchange details - All items are carefully personalized with care and examined before delivery therefore we don't usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was ours. However, if you have an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days and we will be happy to discuss refund/ exchange with you! - Customer is response for the return shipping.
